I have some physical health conditions , Fibromyalgia , Raynaurds & Coeliacs disease , alongside , mental health issues , bi polar . I am a non smoker & have been teetotal for sixteen years .... I am a reader not a writer and have been using the Lit site for about 10 years or so....I am an ex swinger ( Well , I still am I guess ) ...I'll put a facial photograph on asap , I want a haircut first ! LOL
