The warriors stand, a frozen hell
Upon the cold battleground
Facing out, upon the ridge
Their purpose without fear
Facing the foes, horror on high
For their cause, their beliefs
Ready to die

Across the valley, under shadow of death
Haunts the luminous shroud
The faded forces, darker still
Orcs, goblins, giants and worse
Raucous cries, fill the air
And across the ravine do they leap

Once more into battle, once more into fray
Blades flashing, killing this day
Pounding the earth, beating it down
The armies clash, a deafening sound
Horses and men, and beast alike
Falling to the blades
Armor is dented, swords are broken
And in the background psalms are sung

Honouring those who have fallen,
More to die still
Like Valkyries gathering the dead
One upon horse, gleaming and tall
Leaping through battle,
Leaping through fall
Meeting in the middle
His men rally forth,
He is hope, eternal and grand
Meeting the enemy
Intime's own sand

One so foul that hope fades
Striding forth to greet
Two icons, light and dark
Clash

Ground soaked with blood
Greedy for more
Those in death's tight grasp
Good and evil, light and dark
Lie together still
Foulness creeps,Purity seeps
And the song of war marches on
