Naliira woke from her nap when a ray of the afternoon sun shone upon her skin. Then she made her way out of the bedroom and into the living room where she spotted the sleeping Caleldir. A smile of amusement spread across her mouth. She turned to retrieve a blanket from the bedroom. That in hand, Naliira knelt in front of the couch on which he collapsed on and threw the blanket over his form. "Silly husband; tired yourself out so much you couldn't even make it to bed." She said more to herself than anything as she stroked his hair lightly.
The dryad leaned in to kiss him on the forehead. "I'm going out to get more food, my love. I'll be back before nightfall." She explained to him just in case he could hear. Then she left the tree by way of the actual door. This time her dress was not accidentally discarded on the floor.
