However, there was a huge gap between them and it all had to do with making love. Ken was an accomplished lover and was very physical in his expressions of love. His dreams told Ix Chel that the way she dressed and acted had the effect of disguising the beautiful woman she really was. Her veiled appearance pushed away all thoughts of physical intimacy giving her a frigid persona. While Ken respected, admired and even loved Elsa they needed fiery passion to shape their affection into the love that it could be.
Ix Chel knew that Elsa loved Ken more than he knew. She knew he would come looking for her tomorrow and would never stop until he found her. She needed a plan and spent the remainder of the night figuring out how she could get these two distant lovers together.
