"So maybe I could talk you into it?"
"As long as you don't push it, this isn't a deal-breaker," I answered. "I just need time to think about it."
Josh put his hands on my hips. "Okay, I promise I'm not gonna say, 'Hey, let's get something going in there.' Is it okay if I put my hands here"—he pressed on my hips—"or here"—he moved one hand to my belly—"and daydream?"
"Dream all you like," I said. I didn't want to admit it, but I like it when he did that. We'll see who gives in first.
