"It looks so beautiful." She said.

I was still so overwhelmed by everything that had gone on, I could barely speak.

"You know, I still remember the first time we were together, all I could say to you at one point was 'beautiful'." I said.

"I remember that." She replied. "Still feel that way?"

"Yes." I said.

"That's the idea, honey." She said with a smile and a kiss.

We lay that way for a while longer, then walked back to the house as it was getting chilly. Paris showed me to an enormous bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub that overlooked the ocean. She got the tub going and we sat in the water that warmed us up. We were so tired from our "activities" that we didn't stay in it long. Paris led me to her bedroom. It was fit for a queen, of course. Elegant paintings were on the walls, the bed was an enormous canopy-type with lacy curtains all around. The pillows and sheets were a silky white with her initials engraved on them.

"Is that in case you forget whose bedroom you're sleeping in?" I said

She laughed at that.

"Very funny Mr. Hollywood!" she said in response.

Paris dimmed the lights and the moonlight soon covered the room.

She slowly climbed into the enormous bed, then beckoned me with her finger.

"Come to bed, Jim." She said softly and sweetly.

I got in, the bed was the softest and most luxurious one I'd ever felt.

Paris curled up next to me and we quickly fell asleep, naked in each other's arms.

She awakened me with soft kisses in the morning. The sunlight was streaming in, and it was another sun-kissed day in Palm Beach.

"Good morning, honey." She said between kisses.

"Hey you." I said with a smile.

"We'll have to put our clothes back on, the staff is back." She said. "And there'll be a car taking you to the airport later on."

"OK, I wonder if Chris is climbing the walls now." I wondered aloud as I rubbed the sleep from my eyes.

"Well, if I know him, he's probably got some kind of goofy idea for the next photo shoot." Paris said with a laugh.

We dressed and went downstairs, where the kitchen staff had a full breakfast course ready for us that we ate while sitting out by the pool. Paris had her big sunglasses on and made some phone calls while I ate.

"How long did you say you'd been working with Chris?" she asked

"Uh, maybe a year." I replied "Why?"

"Just wondering" she answered as she looked over some papers

"Maybe I should call him and check-in." I said reaching for my phone.

"No, you don't have to, he knows when you'll be in. All you'll need to do is get your car. Do you still have that old Honda?" she said with a smile.

"Of course, best thing to have in a business like mine, I mean, ours." I said

"Did you clean the trunk out after I left?" She said with a smile. She remembered that first time we met just as clearly as I did.

"Oh no, I had to preserve the evidence that you once rode in it." I said rather sarcastically.

She laughed in response.

"Well, I think you should get a new one. After all this business is doing well, right?" she continued.

"Yes."

"What's Chris driving anyway?" she asked.

"He just got a Porsche convertible." I answered.

I had the feeling this was leading somewhere.

"Well, there you go! He's got the cool car, you should too!" she said, implying something more.

"There's such a thing as anonymity." I said taking a bite of my eggs. "You should know that, you had that goofy disguise in Vegas, remember?"

Paris removed her glasses and said;

"All I'm saying is that you should be doing as good as he is." She said

"But I am." I replied.

"I know how you can do better." She continued

"Oh, really!" I said sitting back in my chair and giving her an 'oh yeah?' look.

"Do tell!" I said with a smile.

No offense to her but I doubted she had a good idea .

She looked at me and said nonchalantly;

"Come work for me."

"What!" I said, shocked.

"Sure. I've got someone who handles fan mail, another does my schedules, personal assistants, why not my own photographer?" she explained.

And I had thought she didn't have a good idea. This wasn't necessarily a good idea, it was a shocker of an idea.

"Geez, I-I'm not sure what to say." I stammered.

"Give it some thought." She looked at her watch. "Oh, we've gotta get going."

My bag was already in the Lincoln as we headed for Palm Beach airport.

Paris held me close as the Lincoln hummed along. I watched the ocean pass by the window.

As we arrived at the departures area, she handed me my ticket. I'd be flying commercial, but first class commercial.

"I'll be back in LA soon, I'll give you a call." And she gave me a hug and a passionate goodbye kiss.

"You take care, baby." She said with that "Paris smile" we'd all seen elsewhere.

"Thanks for everything, Paris." I said with a smile of my own. Felt strange to be calling her that, now that I thought about it.

The limo pulled away and I headed for my flight back to LA.

Paris was true to her word. When she returned to LA, she set up a photo session with us at the new studio. The atmosphere was much different this time around. No crush of photographers, Except for us, of course. She was happy with the results and invited us to dinner at her home. She laid out a huge Italian feast for us and her friends. Which included Nicole Richie & Joel Madden, Nicole was a real sweetheart. I could see why she and Paris had worked so well together. It was strange being back in the same place where my "Hollywood Odyssey" had begun. Chris had this look on his face the whole time that clearly said 'I know what happened HERE!' There was no way I could deny that.

But I also couldn't deny that I was giving serious consideration to the offer she'd made me in Palm Beach.

relation

Great work! With this relation between Jim and Paris, I wonder if Paris will be Jim girlfriend and maybe future wife.
