We finally collapsed on the floor next to each other, breathing heavily, smiling. Our bodies were wet with sweat and God knows what else. I looked at him and said, "Holy shit, did that just really happen?"
He laughed. "Oh yes it did. And it was everything I thought it would be."
"Well," I said, "That was... I don't even know." I laughed. I curled up beside him and put my head in the crook of his shoulder.
He kissed me on the forehead and said, "So... can I get your number?"
I smiled and said, "Definitely." I realized I wasn't even thinking about Travis at all...
