Anonymousabout 4 years agoI don't understand how any of this can be sexy for the reader or anything but devastating for the husband.
Everything was done in secret. All of it was premeditated. She never had any intention of ever telling the truth. She had unprotected sex with who knows what kind of a petri dish of bacteria.
How is being lied to and cheated on sexually exciting? Slow burning rage is the only healthy emotion in this scenario.
The protagonist's feelings about the situation are, frankly, much more disturbing than the cheating wife's behavior. Her, the reader understands; the husband is utterly sick, however, and does not present a compelling story whatsoever.
What we have here, is a glimpse into either a disturbed author's mind, or an unimaginative one, IMHO.

SamWarrensover 7 years agoGreat story, but really needs following chapters. Development of the affair, Does Cassius impregnate her (REALLY Hope so) Does the wife leave her husband? Does he wimp out or try to reclaim her as his exclusively or share her with Cassius on a regular basis in a poly amourous arrangement?
So many possibilities.
