I sat back down on her bed, and pulled her into my arms. Dispite the fact that I was in total shock, I knew that Andi was ashamed of herself and wanted, no needed, my support and approval of her.

"Andi," I whispered to her. "It's alright. I love you." I had said it, but I didn't think that she knew how I ment it. I said it to the woman I wanted to spend the rest of my life with, the woman I wanted to take my name, and carry my children. She just nodded, her head bumping my chin in the process. No, she didn't know.

"When will you know?"

"Know what?" She asked.

"If your pregnant or not." I said, trying to keep the images of Andi with a distended belly full of my child get in the way of a potentially serious discussion. It was really hard to do.

"Next week."

So be it.

Hot story that died on the vine, just when it was getting good it stopped. Too Bad would have made a good series.

Quick note

herd should be heard

ment should be meant

I was so grossed out and confused for so long... what a strange twist to have. I guess they only lived together for ~6 years?

While the details others have mentioned may seem nit-picky, it distracts from the story when there are annoying falsehoods. It wasn't imperative to this story that he be a SEAL, so maybe it's worth changing in another draft.

Never mind that accuracy crap!

It was still a fine little tale! Some of the best writers on this site couldn't give a rat's ass about what their critics say. Keep on doing you thing.
