"Aw... you're kidding right? I forgot. I. CAN'T. BELIEVE. I. FORGOT," Thomas groaned. Jan was going to kick his ass with one of those spiked heels. He hadn't gotten her anything for their first Valentine's Day as man and wife. How could he be so stupid? He squeezed his eyes shut and swallowed hard. Expecting the chewing out he so rightly deserved. "Are you mad?"

Jan giggled at Thomas's trepidation. "Of course not." She rubbed her hips against him. Noticing the immediate reaction to her advances beneath the thin material of his scrubs. "I just thought you'd like to revisit an old tradition." She leaned in and nibbled at his neck, seductively swirling the tip of her tongue over his skin. "After all, it is a holiday."

Thomas sucked in a breath and lifted her off her feet, twining her thighs around his waist. "So it is," he chuckled. "So it is."

Yeah,

This may have been the best chapter. I read it in two days. Not like me at all. I just couldn't stop. Can't wait to see what happens in Texas.

Ahhhhhhh! (girly scream)

I just saw this installment tonight. Now for the next few days I will be doing the bare minimum of meal making and house caring while I read this book. Too bad I have to go to work, sleep and eat... Lol! Thank you again for giving us the whole story in one delicious chunk! Now I'm off to start reading :-D
