"Well Jade, that's the most interesting way any of my tenants has tried to negotiate with me," Max jokingly says as I reluctantly get up and put my clothes back on.
"As I recall, it wasn't a negotiation, but more like a hostile take-over," I reply, grinning as I hand Max his clothes. "But we can continue 'negotiating' after dinner. All on my terms, of course," I say, winking at him.
"Oh we'll definitely be doing that," Max says, "That you can count on."
