If you're familiar with other slave position systems, you'll notice they tend to have 10 or so numbered positions.. Ten or twelve is about the ideal number to remember, and I use a few more, but I break them into four short sequences instead.
A. Basic positions (used both standing and kneeling.

This way, when you're drilling positions, you drill them in groups rather than having to do 20 positions. For trainers or for subs drilling on your own, you can run through the basic positions either standing on the knees. More advanced students can run through a set of 7-8 positions by doing first the basic positions and then the kneeling/all fours/standing positions.
So your basic sequence runs:
Attention - Display - Present - Relax
You can do this either from the knees or standing. Run through it over and over again until they all look right, then one more time for good measure.
And the more advanced sequences are:
(Kneeling) Attention - Display - Present - Worship - Lean Back - Nadu - Relax
(All Fours) (Use the basic kneeling positions) Attention - Display - Present - All Fours - Table - Ass Up - Belly - Relax
(Standing) Attention - Display - Present - Bend Over - Squat - Wall - Relax
(Puppy) Attention - Display - Present - Sit - Beg - Roll Over (Back) - Relax
Positions in detail:
A. Basic Positions
A1. Attention
At Attention, your arms are boxed behind you with each hand gripping the opposite tricep, your back is straight, your eyes are straight forward, feet or knees shoulder width apart.
A2. Display
Feet or knees shoulder width apart. Place your hands behind your head with fingers interlaced, back straight with your eyes looking straight ahead.
A3. Present
Bend forward at the waist as far as possible, feet shoulder width apart, reaching back and spreading your ass so as to display your cunt and asshole. From the knees, your right cheek rests on the ground.
A4. Relax
Feet or knees slightly apart. Hands on thighs, eyes downward. Ass resting on heels if kneeling.
B. Kneeling positions
B1. Worship
Lean all the way forward with stomach against thighs and arms outstretched, face down. Reach arms out with palms down. This position is a way for a slave to formally greet its owner.
B2. Lean Back
Knees wide apart, arch your back, put your wrists by your ankles. Displays the cunt and makes it available for torture.
B3. Nadu
Kneel, knees far apart. Ass rests on her feet, hands rest on thighs, palms up. Head up and eyes forward.
B4. Back
On the back. Arms are slightly away from sides, palms up, and feet and knees are slightly apart. To get there, plant right hand, kick the legs out, and lean back gracefully. I can give other commands from here, but the important thing is getting on your back and getting up smoothly and gracefully.
C. All Fours Positions
C1. All Fours
Hands and knees on ground, back straight, eyes straight forward. This is the basic attention/relax position on all fours.
C2. Table
Elbows on ground, body low and flat as possible. Allows the cunt to serve as a table or footrest.
C3. Ass Up
Hands and toes on the ground, feet wide apart, ass in the air. A position for punishment or endurance.
C4. Belly
Flat on the belly, arms overhead straight out
D. Standing Positions
Quick note. When on all fours or kneeling, the slave will not stand unless it hears "On Your Feet", in which case it stands at Attention
If it is ordered to move, it does so on all fours.
D1. Bend Over
Feet shoulder width apart, grab ankles. A punishment position.
D2. Squat
Squat on toes as low as possible with hands on head. An endurance position.
D3. Wall
Hands above the head and on the wall, nose against the wall, feet shoulder width apart and about a foot back. A punishment position. Corner time is different from Wall, that will usually be at Attention, sometimes with hands on head.
E. Puppy positions
E1. Sit
Down on the knees, as in Relax. Palms are on the floor between the knees.
E2. Beg
Upright on the knees with back straight, paws up but hanging with elbows bent.
Besides the basic forms mentioned earlier, intended to introduce slaves to all the positions, there are other forms designed to drill transitions or simply for showing off a slave's grace and discipline. The following form is done by a slave or group of slaves on the command "Show off your holes". No other commands are needed, the slave flows through them gracefully on receiving the command:
Display - Present - Lean Back - All fours - Nadu
Slave positions can also be trained in yoga style if you've ever tried that:
Start with Attention, following into Display. Then from Display, kneel into Worship, Nadu, then finishing with Sit. Repeat 10 times and on the 10th, from Sit finish with Present to end. It would definitely be hard on muscles and require focused breathing.
