Then they start a war and use the saps as a meat shield while killing mindlessly. Then they moan and bitch and winge about how many young followers were murdered (by those they attacked first).
Most importantly the leader and the next tier DO NOT fight but stay safe.

I can see this being turned into a fantastic TV show. Fucking brilliant
