Click hereGary gestured at Chelsea. 'She just got into The Beatles music.'
The neighbour nodded, gave them the peace sign with his fingers, then backed off into his apartment.
Inside Gary's apartment they made themselves comfortable on the couch, but Chelsea was too giddy. She couldn't sit still because she kept wagging her tail like a happy dog.
Gary grinned. 'Will you even be able to sleep tonight?'
Chelsea grinned at him, then nodded.
'Sure?'
She pushed him back in the corner of the couch, then snuggled up to him. 'Yea.' she said.
Gary chuckled. 'Okay then. If you say so.' he said and draped the blanket over them. He looked down when she pulled gently at his chest wool. 'Yes?' he asked, then got his nose booped by hers before she snuggled back into his warmth and closed her eyes.
He felt his face heat up and smiled until he fell asleep.
Welcome to the furrier side of things. ;-)
As long as readers enjoy my writing I will keep on writing. And to be honest I can't do pretty much anything else now and hope I can make a new living out of it. :-p
I do understand impatient readers though, I'm a rather impatient writer myself. And, it's a compliment. If they didn't like my stories so much they wouldn't care about the next update. :-)
I don't call myself a fan specifically. Anime is another form of media and when the story is good is matters less if it's live action, animation, a stack of printed fax pages bound together, or word of mouth.
But I have to admit some things work better in one medium than another. Like Ghost in the Shell for instance.
I haven't read any asian translated novels yet apart from one or two short volumes a while ago. Too busy for too long. :-/
Even then I wouldn't say I have real favourite genres although most books I have are science fiction, fantasy, horror, comedy. I just go for anything that sounds interesting.
It's also why I don't like being limited to a single genre to label my stories with. One of the reasons why readers miss out on great stories in my opinion.
Oh, I've visited the Novel site on occasion before. It makes me just as nervous as walking into a book store, so much to read, so little time!
My Kittypet is a huge fan of chinese historical stories and she already has trouble reading all that she comes across. :-)
Sometimes I wish I had more of a single taste in things. :-p
Different languages and cultures, different writing styles. Which is why being able to read the original language that much better and a good translator is worth their weight in gold. :-)
You made me interested and nonhuman stories and I am not really into furry. I think it's just how good of a writer you are. I hope you continue to write more often. Honestly, I really don't get people who might get impatient about how often you post because it's well worth the wait.
After reading this and Daily Life, I learned that your a fellow anime fan.
Are you interested in Japanese/Chinese novels? If so do you have a favorite genre?
I am actually a member of the novel translation community, I know of a few hidden gems and would love to share them as thanks for writing so many good stories.
For example here is pretty much a definitive list of all asian adult NSFW novels that the community has translated:

The Chinese style is very different from the English, which are both different from the Japanese style
The ebook is available now, see the links in my bio. :-)
Thanks! :-)
When I wrote the scene it just played out like a cartoon chase in my mind. :-p
Slainté agad-sa!
Enjoying the other stories, but having this chapter was great! Characters are engaging. Having them chase the burglar was fun. Gary obviously had fun acting so furrr-ocious. Larry's help in carrying the evidence was icing.
Thanks for sharing! 5* Slainté
