She assumed Julie's usual position, snuggling Troy. Julie spooned up beside her, the same way Susan had on the other side of Troy. Helen placed her left hand on Troy's side. Julie's left hand trailed down Helen's arm and rested on top of hers. Troy brought his right hand down to hold Julie's hand on top of Helen's. Susan's right arm then draped over Troy's to rest on his hand.
Their family back together, the four of them closed their eyes and went to sleep.
