"Dude, what is..."

"He's mine," Nicholas yelled clenching his fists hard. He was ready to punch the guy on the nose. The first punch had been on the cheek but this time he was...

"Dude, what's wrong with you." The guy asked, quickly getting up from the floor, holding his bruised cheek. "Did you have to punch me? I was just taking a dance with the lovely boy. What's your business with that?"

Did he just ask him what his business was? Oh it was so on. Nicholas couldn't let that go.

He furiously stepped further, threw his fist in the air and punched the guy on the lip, sending him flying to the floor, again. He was still panting, ready to kill the guy for trying what he'd just done to his Adrian. Just who does the guy think he is? Nicholas stood on the floor, panting, growling and his fists clenched. He heard the man wince as he slowly got up. Looking at him, Nicholas realized that he had a busted lip and it was bleeding.

"Seriously, dude, I..."

"Stay away from him," Nicholas snapped, rushing g to give him another punch before he felt hands gripping his waist.

"Stop it!" George shouted, holding his waist firmly as the guy struggled to go free. "Calm down okay."

"Dude, you really have some issues." Jill said, rubbing the blood from his busted lip. "Just what is..."

"Are you still talking?" Nicholas snapped as he struggled to go free. He was furious that he had no idea the extent to which his anger would go. All he knew was that the guy had tried to touch his Adrian and he didn't want to let it go. He wanted to beat him up to a pulp and make him bath in his own blood.

"Please, calm down." George yelled, holding him tightly. "I think you're misunderstanding him." George knew he had a lot of explaining to do. He'd promised Jill Nicholas wouldn't punch him but what had happened was unexpected. Nicholas was only supposed to feel jealous and pull away Adrian according to George's plan. Not punch the guy who was dancing with Adrian.

"Misunderstand?" Nicholas snapped, angry at George for even asking him a question. "He was dancing with my Adrian. Do you expect me to just sit and watch? I'm going to kill him."

Still in shock with what had happened, Adrian watched as Nicholas tried with all his might to pull away from George's grip and beat up Jill. He felt a strong, cold wind blow on his face, making him weak and helpless. Tears formed in his eyes as a deep passion, love and lust travelled to the rest of his body making him quiver. He suddenly felt hot and cold at the same time as a deep feeling of love swept him off his feet. It was so intense that he wanted to cry but at the same time he wanted to laugh. Hearing Nicholas call him 'his Adrian' again was really emotional. There was nothing as sweet and as better as that. He was now deeper in love with the stupid hunk, his husband.

Nicholas had even punched Jill for his sake and he was ready to beat him up. Though he'd never seen him as angry as he was at that time, Adrian got the answer he wanted. Nicholas loved him and he didn't want to let him go. The only barrier that prevented him from telling it to his face was fear, pain and lies made by Victoria and Jake. He didn't even care that people were watching. That only showed him that the guy was still crazy about him.

Sure, the circumstances at that time were not so great but seeing Nicholas trying to fight for him was beautiful. That was the kind of guy he wanted to spend the rest of his life with. That was the guy he knew and loved. And now he was gonna make everything right between them and put the guy out of his misery.

Looking around, still holding Nicholas, George could clearly see People were starting to gather around, talking among one another about what was really going on. George looked around and didn't want any scandal to revolve around his friend. He needed to do what was appropriate and make his friend calm down.

"Nicholas, please listen to me."

"Let me go." Nicholas ranted, trying to jump so as to punch the guy just in front of him. "Let me teach him to stay in his boundaries."

"Please stop this?" George begged. He held on to him tightly even though he knew his friend was really powerful. He was even slowly losing the strength to hold him tightly. Each effort he made to pull away from his grip was making him slip out of his arms. He feared for Jill because Nicholas was ready to kill him.

"Let me go," Nicholas bellowed, angrily shouting at the top of his voice. "I'll teach him a lesson."

"Dude, I'm really sorry," Jill apologized, rubbing his busted lip to soothe the pain. "It was just a dance."

"I saw you," Nicholas shouted, furiously trying to move forward. "I know what you were trying to do. He's mine and he'll always be mine got it? He only belongs to me and I'm going to kill you for even talking to him."

"What's going on?" Noah quickly came to see his brother furious and George holding tightly. He'd never seen him that angry, not to the point where he punches someone, a guest for that matter. Ever since they were young, Noah had never seen that kind of behavior from his brother so it kinda got him really surprised.

"Noah," George exclaimed as he struggled to keep Nicholas under control. "Please tell this man to go and dismiss the party now." George was literally signaling Noah with his head to get Jill out of the house before anything went wrong and things got out of control. He knew he still had to apologize to Jill on behalf of Nicholas.

Noah knew he had to do as George instructed because his brother's behavior was becoming uncontrollable. It got him to wonder what exactly was going on. He was caught off guard but he quickly went to the guy with the busted lip and put his hand on his shoulder.

"I'm really sorry for this." Noah apologized, softly squeezing his shoulder. "I don't know what has come over my brother. I'll attend to your wound but please,"

"No," Jill smiled. "It's fine. I'll just leave before I cause more trouble. I might have triggered his anger."

"Thank you." Noah apologized and the man left. He looked all around and the people were watching what was going on. He didn't want any scandal so he thanked them for coming to the party and then apologized for Nicholas' behavior. Then he told them that the party was over and they could return to their homes but he begged them to keep whatever had happened as private. They promised him and they left.

On the other hand, George was struggling to keep Nicholas under control. He was moving furiously making him lose his grip slowly as time went by. He didn't know for how long he'd keep him under control but he was lucky Noah was able to help.

"Let me at him." Nicholas yelled, trying his best to be free from George. He was really angry and he had no idea how that anger was gonna go away. "I wanna beat him up for trying to get his way with my Adrian. I swear I'm gonna find that guy and I'm gonna kill him."

"Nic, please calm down." Noah said softly. "He's gone and he won't make trouble anymore. Please calm down."

But Nicholas wasn't still satisfied. He wanted to follow the guy and beat him to the point where no one would be able to recognize him. How dare the guy try to get his way with Adrian? He was struggling to get away from George's grip and follow the guy.

Adrian on the other hand just watched. He couldn't do or say anything at that time. He just looked at Nicholas who was angry and ranting. This was probably the maximum of his anger. He could see him trembling...he could hear him panting...he could see him jumping angrily even though George was holding on to him tightly. He was breathing violently and his fists were clenched so powerfully, trembling with each movement he made. Seeing him like that actually made his heart pound. He was really happy Nicholas had reacted like that just to show him how much he loves him.

He kept staring at him even when his movements slowed down. What was now remaining was the panting, trembling and probably ranting. Adrian couldn't clearly see his eyes but he was sure was angry. He could feel his violent breath...he could see his jaws shaking terribly and he could smell the anger from him.

George continued holding Nicholas tighter, feeling him submit and calm after a few minutes. He could still feel his body trembling and it got him worried. Maybe his friend was angrier than he had thought. Even he was getting scared by the fact that Nicholas was that angry.

As he held him, he noticed that all the family members were watching in surprise except for Victoria and Jake. Granny was looking surprised, Emily was holding her cheeks wide eyed...Clara was looking at Nicholas...Arianna was folding her arms as her eyes looked at her brother and Noah...he kinda seemed mad and surprised at the same time.

What George didn't want was for his plans to cause trouble for anyone. He had done it with good intentions but the outcome was not what he had expected. It was really so confusing and nerve wrecking.

Holding him for close to ten minutes, George felt him relax in his arms though his body still jerked. His breaths became low...his heart was no longer beating faster than it was and he relaxed.

George was really hoping that anger had gone away for the night. He didn't want Nicholas to still cause trouble or act like he was mad at everyone. What he wanted was for his friend to just forget about everything and probably go upstairs. He knew that the next day was the day Adrian was going to show him the evidence. He couldn't wait.

A few moments later, George slowly pulled away from him, releasing him from his grip once he was sure that he was calm enough. Phew! That was really something. That was the height of Nicholas' anger and it was all because he loved Adrian a lot.

On the other hand, Adrian didn't remove his eyes from Nicholas, not even for a second. He kept staring at him, admiring him and falling deeper in love with him. There was no one he loved like the way he loved Nicholas. His heart was beating rhythmically, filling his body with love, love for his handsome hunk.

His breaths were slow and beautiful, showing just how much he loved Nicholas and his hands trembled from the amount of power he felt at that time. It was like something powerful and extraordinary had swept him off his feet. He felt like staring at Nicholas for a long time.

"Okay, now can you tell me what's going on?" Noah asked, looking straight at his brother who had his eyes dropped to the floor. "What was all that for? You just beat up one of our guests. Do you even know what you just did? You are really famous and a scandal could have easily come up. Didn't you stop to think about your reputation and that of our family?"

Noah was angry at his brother for making such a big scene. He had no idea what would have happened had the guy Nicholas had beaten up decided to press charges. He was really mad at that. He wanted to ask his brother calmly but he couldn't just ignore what had happened. Nicholas had never acted like that, not in front of his guests or any of the house members. He didn't even beat up Adrian after finding out about his betrayal.

"I'm asking you?" Noah yelled, getting closer to his brother who seemed lost and confused. "Didn't you...?"

"Wait!" Granny said softly. "I don't think it's the right time to talk about that. Hopefully, the guy won't press charges. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about?"

Granny was wrong. It was something to be worried about because someone had just tried to romance with Adrian and Nicholas didn't find it funny. Thinking about that even made his blood boil. His brother asking those questions was slowly bringing him back the anger.

"Our guest was just beaten by Nicholas." Noah growled, pointing his hand at Nicholas. "Doesn't that bother you? Your grandson is..."

"Didn't you hear him?" Arianna said softly, eyeing Adrian. "This is all Adrian's fault. I'm sure he did something to trigger my brother's anger. He wants to use every opportunity to make his life hard."

"What?" Adrian yelled, furiously turning to face Arianna. "How's that my fault? I didn't even talk to him."

"I'm sure you did..."

"Arianna," Granny yelled. "Will you stop pointing fingers here? We must first ask Nicholas what was wrong."

"I'm sure he had something to do with all of this and..."

"Look," Adrian snapped, slightly closing his eyes. "I haven't even talked to him. I was just enjoying the party." He knew why Nicholas was mad but he was trying to act as if he had no idea of anything. He was still filled with immense joy and happiness and he didn't want it to be ruined. "I never even..."

"Are you not ashamed?" Nicholas said softly, his eyes dropped to the floor. His voice was filled with anger and it trembled. He had no idea why he had said that but he needed to tell it to Adrian so that his anger would go away. He needed to let it out.

Adrian on the other hand was caught off guard. He wondered whether the voice he'd heard was Nicholas'. He wondered whether Nicholas was even talking to him. So he just stood there with his mouth wide open.

"Tell me," Nicholas furiously raised his face and stared at Adrian, slowly clenching his fists. His anger was suddenly back making him fume.

"What?" Adrian gasped, shrugging his shoulder to show that he didn't understand Nicholas' question. "What did I do?"

Nicholas abruptly walked to Adrian, staring him deep in those blue eyes. His anger just turned to rage. He had no idea how he could feel so much anger and love for someone at the same time.

"You should be ashamed of yourself." Nicholas bellowed, ranting. "How dare you dance with that man at the party and..."

"It was just a dance." Adrian chuckled, loving the look on Nicholas' face. "There was nothing wrong with it. Besides, everyone else was..."

"Yeah," Nicholas snapped, angrily looking at Adrian. "Everyone was doing it but not everyone was married. Get this in your head," He warned, fuming at Adrian. "I don't..."

"What's wrong?" Adrian asked, shrugging as a frown appeared on his face.

"Listen to me." Nicholas yelled, furiously gripping both of Adrian's arms. "Get this into your thick skull. You'll only be mine and no one else's. Whoever tries to get close to you will have to pay dearly for it." He warned, tightening his grip on Adrian's arms.

"You're hurting me," Adrian said angrily, trying to release himself from Nicholas' grip. "Just get your hands off me. Didn't you say you wanted to divorce me? What's wrong now?"

That question felt like a flaming arrow, directly speeding at him. It made him mad, ranting and panting. His heart suddenly began pounding in his chest bringing both fear and energy into him. Encouraged by those powerful emotions he gripped Adrian's arms tightly, brought him close to him. Their faces were now near and he could feel strands of sweat pouring on his face. His eyes were directly staring into Adrian's and his heart was getting hurt by each second.

"I'll say it one more time," He said softly, hoarsely and seriously. "You're only mine and I'll not let another man take you away from me." He breathed violently. "Get it?" He yelled, letting go of Adrian.

Adrian's arms hurt but that didn't bother him at all. He was too happy to care or even feel the pain in his arms. He knew Nicholas was acting like that because he didn't want to lose him. He knew the guy wouldn't bear to let him go. It felt sweet and his heart was only beating for Nicholas. He didn't notice the anger but the sweetness of the man standing in front of him, panting and giving him angry eyes. He was more than happy.

To say that Noah was surprised is an understatement. His eyes and mouth gaped. He looked around and everyone else had the same expression on their faces. His brother had just told Adrian that he'd remain his for all eternity. He didn't even know what was going on anymore.

"Nicholas," Noah exclaimed, slowly moving towards his brother.

Reaching him, he touched his shoulder and could clearly feel that he was trembling. That kind of anger got him scared and he had no idea how his brother could get that angry. And then it came back to him, the reason Nicholas had got angry was because he saw the guy dancing with Adrian and hence the reason he got mad.

"What are you...?"

"Yes," Nicholas bellowed, turning his face to stare in his brother's eyes.

Noah was actually scared looking in Nicholas' eyes. He was really angry and his eyes, they showed him nothing but pure rage. From the emotions in those eyes, Noah clearly saw that he couldn't do anything. He had never seen him like that.

"But I..."

"Shut up!" Nicholas bellowed, staring at Adrian. "Never, ever do that again because..."

"You wanted to divorce me." Adrian said confidently, staring in Nicholas' angry eyes. He needed to confront Nicholas and know his true feelings. "You practically warned me to stay away from you. I danced with the man because I'm as good as single. What was wrong with that?"

Nicholas breathed violently and gripped his hair, moving furiously to the other side. He came back quickly and stared at Adrian for a long time. He had no idea how Adrian could have asked him such a stupid question.

"Well, face it," Nicholas postulated. His words were low and harsh. "You're still married to me and as long as you are married to me..." He quickly got closer, grabbing Adrian's arm again. "...you're mine. So don't start flirting like a..."

"Well, I'm sorry," Adrian chuckled, releasing his arm from Nicholas' grip. "I wasn't flirting with any man. You told me you didn't want to see me near you. I was only following..."

"Well, listen to me," Nicholas shouted. The anger he felt was making his head pulse, giving him a really bad headache. "You chose not to divorce me." He groaned softly. "As a result, you're still mine. So don't you provoke me into doing something that I don't want to do? I have said you're mine and..." he paused and gave out a bitter laugh. "...that means you're mine."

Furiously gripping Adrian's arm, Nicholas brought him closer and grabbed his waist. Still looking in his eyes, he gripped the back of his hair and brought his face closer. He brought his lips closer...breathed in deeply and whispered something to him,

"Don't you ever forget that?"

Nicholas then pulled away and stormed out of the living room leaving everyone wondering about what just happened. George on the other hand was more than happy with the situation. In anger, Nicholas had just told Adrian about what he truly felt about the divorce. He knew his friend spoke in anger and was probably angry but he loved every bit of it. If he could go back and repeat everything that had just happened, he'd do it happily.

The bright smile that was on Adrian's face couldn't even describe the happiness that was in his heart. It was beating rhythmically, sending blood filled with love to the rest of his body. He loved every bit of the word that Nicholas had said to him in anger because everything that he had said was right. Adrian was only for Nicholas and nothing was gonna change.

Remembering the words which Nicholas had used was pleasurable. He felt a strong, powerful vibration slowly travelling to the rest of his body. His whole body vibrated in pleasure as a beautiful smile on his face kept on increasingly and becoming brighter. There was nothing more beautiful that watching his husband indirectly tell him that he didn't want to divorce.

That power which came from his husband's voice was like a command. He knew his husband was gonna be there for him to defend him...to protect him...to kiss him...to hold him and to comfort him. He was gonna allow that anger to go away and then show him the evidence that was gonna bring them closer to each other.

"I hope you're happy."

Hearing that voice, Adrian snapped out of whatever mode he was in and realized that the family members were everywhere. Granny was smiling...George was grinning and the rest of the family members were kinda surprised and sort of mad. He didn't care about them and he had no idea where the voice had come from.
