Cole had a state of the agency speech to give.

He said that the firm had grown so large that Anthony, Ryan, Patty and Larry needed help and announced new positions and the names of people being promoted to hold the positions.

Cole was pleased that each name had produced loud cheers, especially Raul's.

A new position was created for Kate. She was to be the liaison between sales and operations, a position below only Cole and Anthony. She had no problem ignoring her former bosses pleas to return. All of them were now unemployed. The Agency did not loose the account.

Kate would be picking a small team from each sector. She had already chosen Alfred, the oldest member of the staff from operations. And of no surprise to Cole she had picked Vivian from sales.

The agency had purchased the studio that had been their usual choice for the visual ads. Larry had modernized it and staffed it with the best people available.

Cole saved the shocker for last.

He said "During our meetings hashing out the structural changes and personnel moves Patty Stewart wondered how we got into such a pickle. She did some research and early this morning she told me the shocking news.

"Financially, we are now the largest agency in the city, the largest agency in the state, the largest agency in the south. We are all part of a phenomenon. Thank you."

The cheers of pride were deafening.

Cole walked over to his wife. Tears threatened to run down her cheek. They walked hand in hand through the crowd, thanking each by name. Hugs for the ones that had been there from the beginning. Anthony, a very pregnant Sara, Ryan, Patty, and Larry followed them through the crowd thanking everyone.

The city newspaper ran the photos Larry's team took that day. All of the local TV newscasts ran the video, each saying how the firm had made the city proud.

As they exited the meeting room amid the cheers Cole said to Bobbi, "Looks like we did make something out of this joint after all."

Nice story. Somewhat romantic.

The commercials were an adaptation of the Budweiser commercials.
