The old man squinted. "Fifi? You killed Fifi? What about my begonias?"
"Pardon me?" Binkle said.
"My begonias, damn it. That dog dug up my begonias. It took me three days to plant those begonias. Who's going to pay for them, huh?"
Binkle shrugged and walked away. He slipped the collar into his pocket.
