When Rellenora started shrieking out the word yes, when her cunt was so wet that the excess mucus oozed out, when she squeezed his cock so hard that Antonai saw colorful blots behind his eyelids, that was when he relinquished his seed. That was when his toes bent and his belly felt like it did a somersault. That was when he almost bit Yban's tongue. Thankfully, Yban was quick; he pulled himself out of Antonai's mouth and kissed his throat instead.

When Antonai's breath was nearly broken, and when he was limp and sipping out of Rellenora, he heard Yban calmly say, "Ah, that was a fine show."

A masculine white hand with silver colored fingernails reached up to pull a dark curtain away from a round window. Behind the window, there was a stunning morning view of a dark blue ocean. There was a grand stretch of land in the distance, along with flying birds and white clouds.

The fingernails of the other hand ran across the wooden tabletop of a desk that was bolted to the floor. The fingers were folded against an ordinary looking wooden comb. Then they opened, letting the comb clack against the desk. The palm sank onto the comb.

The curtain was released. It fell back over the window.

The higher hand moved up to a curved silver horn. The fingernails tapped onto it.

Magic was rare, so rare that most didn't believe in it, but he knew better. He could smell it, taste it, whenever it was around.

And when he had sensed magic coming from a young woman some time ago, it nearly drove him wild.

So, even after all that time had passed on, he had this comb, waiting.

His tail was rising and falling.

He picked up a book and idly flipped the pages about, leaving the comb on the desk. It was a novel with a funny story, apparently. It wasn't very funny to him. At least he appreciated the crisp and honest writing style.

Someone knocked on the door.

"Captain! We're approaching Udin!"

Well, he already knew that, but he was glad to know that people were eager to tell him things.

In the morning light, Herena felt a long adored weight around her waist. It wasn't a blanket. It was a man's firm arm. She opened her eyes and saw a sleeping man's face. It was as white as snow. She reached forward to touch his long black hair. It was soft and adorable. It made her think of a graceful, large dog with floppy ears. There were little hints of gray in the roots, though.

His eyes fluttered open. They were intelligent black eyes. Hardly there lines of age were around those eyes. He smiled at her.

Herena smiled back, but there was a bitterness in her throat. She tried not to let it show. She didn't think it would be fair to be cross with him.

But her son was cross.

Would that ever change? Would poor Antonai ever find peace in his mind?

Herena imagined that would be difficult. Antonai had no escape from his mark, and the same would be for his children, and their children, and so on and so on.

She pulled her lover close for a kiss, but she thought to herself, "This man will always be in denial."
