Loved the story, well written and not just the sex scenes. I would love to see this continued further. There is a quest in the making even if it is to send that asshole back and set himself up with a little fiefdom.

I'm sorry to be "that guy" but hey someone has to. Do you have a possible eta on chapter 2? Only reason I ask is for those of us who check daily it would be nice to have a general idea on how its coming or whatever. Also I second the captain Kirk comment. Guy goes to planet; guy kicks ass; guy saves girl; guy gets booty (usually green)...why break tradition ehh?

The next chapter will be ready when it’s ready. I’ve gotten about a third to a half of it finished at the moment and right now I’m working on an entry for the Halloween story contest. I don’t know if I’ll finish that before the deadline but the next part of this series is my first priority after I’m done with writing that. Don’t check my author page every day. It won’t be released, probably for a few months yet. Thanks for reading though and more definitely is on its way!

I opened the story out of curiosity more than anything else. Given that the genre is not one in which I usually dabble, the content/plot was a unique reading experience. Probably the best thing I can say would be that despite not being especially interested in this category of story I very much enjoyed it, read through to the end and would certainly read any future installment. It's just well written, overall, with a decent mix in of plot and character development to tie the sexual encounters together and give the tale direction.

very nice story... loved the way most of it flowed even the dry parts about explaining stuff like slavery were done in a believable way.

my only disappointment was hitting the end of the story so far and feeling like I just read 8 pages to get left with a to be continued lol

i work nights as a guard so my job can be fairly boring, and alot of it is spent prowling literotica ( that does not sound creepy in any way) and fond my self hard-pressed to find a decent story among so many submissions, but a missing dragon well and truly blew my socks off, for me it strikes th perfect balance between sex and story line and I find my self enjoying the story in-between the sex Which does not happen as often as I would like and kept me entertained from start to finish and can't wait to see where you take the story, also please forgive any grammar or spelling in this post as I am dyslexic using a smart phone the perfect storm for grammar nazi's

I do not think i´ve EVER laughed this much reading a story here before.

This story had it all, an unwilling Hero, suddenly thrust into adventure, a damsel in distress (applies to both ladies in a way), a good storyline that was both well written and easy to follow, as well as a rich character gallery, with easy to like/hate characters. Never before in my long life have i read such a thrilling and captivating first chapter. If you manage to stay true to the style of this first chapter in the following ones, you will have written a truly EPIC fantasy, right up there with Tolkien and Eddings. I´m REALLY hoping you will post a new chapter this year, and will keep my hope until the end. Loved it from start to finish! Thank you very much for posting it here.

I rarely comment on a story, but this is one of the best I have read. The flow of the story is smooth and the plot moves smoothly along. The characters build on each other and you can almost see them in your mind as the story moves along. I think your story could be made into a good book if not for the sex. I think the sex is a good part of it though and I would not want you to change any of it. I will keep looking for the next chapter.

I haven't been able to stop thinking about The Missing Dragon since I read it two days ago. Rarely has a literotica story stayed on my mind for so long.

The story is well paced, with a good plot and story construction. The main characters are very likeable, and their sex is hot without being mean or violent. The social structure of the orcs, as well as their interactions with humans is well thought out and interesting.

I can see the story having plenty of room to grow in a number of directions, and I look forward to reading more about Doug, Algra, and Alorius.

Forget the chapter and erotica short stories write a full fledged novel or even a series and I'll buy them in a heart beat. Not many people can write like you've written this story, you need to think bigger then just short stories on a webpage, think Anthony

So let me just start by saying that I read 'the Missing Dragon' before, and left a comment as Anonymous.

And the only reason that I made an account on Literotica was to favorite authors like you and JohnEvans.

But when I saw that you were about to upload Chapter 2 of 'the Missing Dragon' I figured it was as good a time as any to reread the story, and leave another comment.

Let me start of by saying that I love the way you describe everything.

From the appearances of your characters, to the Orcish language "It sounded like someone reciting a very angry abrupt poem in gibberish." was one of my favorite lines,(and there are a lot to pick from.) to the layout of the Orcish camp. (The Warchief's house, the human caravans, ect.)

And as for Orcs, first I like to say that I read plenty of fantasy, but very few have Orcs or Elves in them, and I'm not much of a D&D player either (though I wouldn't mind trying it.)

But I did like what you did with your Orcs, you described their way of life as being brutal (the strong rise, the weak fall to the bottom) but other things, like how they treat there slaves? Well, that was just unexpected, but a very nice touch! (and talking about nice touches, I like how you made Orc women go into heat sometimes. :P)

And then of course, there is the sex.

I would like to say, that because of the amazing story, that it's just a bonus.

But I would be lying. It is amazingly written, and you can almost feel the passion!

So, to sum it up.

Your work is amazing, and I really can't wait until Chapter 2 arrives.
