The lieutenant smiled a bitter sweet smile and drew his blade and made a cut on his palm, and the blood dripped to the earth and he said "I swear by my life or death it will be done."
Marcus and Caspar shook hands and pulled each other into a strong embrace. They had been best friends since they were children and had fought in many battles side by side. They smiled at each other, a sad smile presented with the fact that they might be parted forever. Marcus took his handkerchief out and wrapped it around Caspar's hand and tied it tight to stop the bleeding. They nodded to each other and both settled down to study the maps and plan the best attack plan when the elves joined their forces.

missvixxen08over 15 years agoThe plot is great and I know the elves will help defeat the king, but I am still sitting on the edge of my seat!!! You're on my favorite's list!!! I can't wait for the next chapter!!! This is a wonderful story!
