Yeah, so life has been busy. A lot has changed. Finished school, got my dream job, bought a house. Unbelievable how much has changed since I first started reading, posting my 2 stories... I am finding a bit more time now, so I'm reviewing my stories. The one I have been writing and revisiting since 2014 or so, well, I'm about to release a major "Part 1" of it. It's going to be a lot longer than I anticipated, and a lot more serious. Expect the same length as "A Thankful Blizzard," perhaps longer, when it's all done.

I can't believe it's been nearly a year since I updated this.

Needless to say, real life got in the way. I went back to school in August for a technical degree. I got hired 3 months later into my dream job (intern level, but still!). I've been doing that since November. It's kept me busy, between 8am to 12pm school, right to work until 5pm or later, then time with my kids.

I have every intent to *eventually* publish more, right here. Can't say for certain *when* though. **shrugs**

But, here's a quick "sneak peak" if you will, of my upcoming stories to be on the lookout for (no titles yet, not until I'm ready to release them):

1. A deeper, slightly darker tale of emotional wounds, lack of direction, and what it takes to find a purpose in life. Music is a very central theme to this story, but takes a much more profound role than what we saw in "Band Camping." I expect this one to be as long, or longer, than it.

2. A unique take on a severe case of "mistaken identity" where a girl meets a rather androgynous looking guy (nothing too weird, I promise), and as she falls for this guy (thinking he's another girl), begins to question her own sexuality. It reads much better (so far) than that short summary.

3. Delving into a more fantasy/sci-fi realm, journey with a young man who discovers supernatural capabilities, wars with his own sense of what's right and wrong after gaining said abilities, and finds the entire world as he knows it is not quite what it seems (sounds generic, I know, but there's a lot I have planned here).

4. A "slice of life" type of story between an outwardly zealous but inwardly shy (toward her crush) girl and a rather clueless "friendzoned" guy friend, told in an atypical fashion.

These are stories I have at least 20k words currently in, stories in which I keep getting back to every few weeks or so, and content that I keep getting a chance to polish and refine.
