As I pass the youthful (cough, cough!) age of 75 most of my life is now memories and it's delightful to sit at the keyboard and create stories. Stories of my past experiences as well as stories of fun, frantic frolics and of wishful thinking too! Not long ago I went through a period of energetic writing but thanks to my health I've had to cut back. Even so, I still have a number stories in the pipeline and hopefully they'll appear in my portfolio before too long.
I'm up to 123 stories now and I doubt that I've finished writing yet.

Back in 2020 I survived heart surgery and had a pacemaker fitted but I've now recovered nicely. I've had a few problems but made good progress overall and I'm now working on getting back into rude health again. Takes some doing at my age, I can tell you!
Whatever, I'm aiming at writing again and although I won’t be writing too often I doubt that my storytelling has come to an end.

PS - updating this on 3/1/2024 - to my annoyance my health is playing up and I seem to spend more time staying alive than I ought to. Writing therefore has had to take a back seat - I'm on female hormone treatment at present after radiotherapy - and that's killed my sexual interests. Hopefully though, when the treatment ends I'll feel a lot more like writing - I hope.
