TO EXPLAIN THE PRAGUE TITLE:

There is a sign in Jerry Rubin's book, 'Do It!: Scenarios of the Revolution' that says 'Welcome to Prague' that was held in front of the convention center. He also refers to Chicago as 'Czechago.' That is to draw two comparisons: One, to the at-the-time riotous conditions of Prague being not unlike those of Chicago in 1968. Two, to refer to the highly Eastern European population of Chicago.

I chose the title because the sign is used in the story, and if you read the quote at the beginning of the story, it explains the title. Thanks!
