Damn!! I hate it when stories don't get completed. They should be tagged as "Incomplete" by the moderators, if there are Mods. Feels like such a waste of time to read and get into a story only to find out it will never be completed.

To folks looking for the completion of a story:

When in doubt wheather or not a story has been completed, check the last page and comments of the last chapter before starting to read the story.

If you see "To be continued" at the end and/or comments about when the next chapter will be completed, there is a possability that it may not be, but we can still hope.

But if 22 years have already past since the last installment, there is a good chance that it won't ever be completed.
