I am still amused

The obsession with cumming together is typically American. So this part of the story is proof that it was written by an American.

Cumming together is not the best sex at all, but americans seem to have a Trumpian idea about it that everything must be greatest, best and so on.

Also, the continuous extensive expositions of cultural aspects and origins of this or that are highly unusual and break the story line. Such knowledge is clearly by the writer not the slave who is, after all, just an American paralegal and Americans are notorious for not knowing much about culture. This unrealistic element, at least in my view and to my taste, wrecks the story. I need to skip it in order to want to read on.
