I looked into Tad's eyes and said, very slowly and carefully, "I can handle it. It doesn't make any difference to me whether you are Tad or Tabby or whoever. I want to be with you for as long as you'll have me."
"I always seem to be crying around you," Tad said as tears spilled from his eyes. I pulled him down and kissed him and held him. We stayed that way for a long time.

What can I say well written, well thought out, but most of all a dream come true in writing for me. Every sentence had me wishing I could find a man/lady like Tad .

From one's fears and desire for acceptance from his partner to the other's need to rationalize and accept how his own needs and desires have changed with the years. You captured both perfectly. Thanks for sharing your story with us.

cali_fraealmost 9 years agoIts not often i stray from the Trans section of this site but I hate not reading all of a story & I'm so glad I started at the beginning of this beautifully written romance. It may've started out as one of your fantasies but I'm sure that this series has fast become a fantasy of many of your readers. Tad/Tabby is both assured & vulnerable, a combination that's easy to love & Cliff has dealt with all the bends in the road that life has thrown him with courage & sensitivity. I look forward to reading more chapters in which ever section they appear in (though sci-fi may be a bit too much!) x
