good twist

This had me hooked right the way through. It is well written and leaves the reader feeling partly responsible for the ending, marvelous stuff

A creative and ingenious tale extracted from the ordinary. I loved it!

Responsibility

Dear Wfeather,

I'm not sure if this is a true story or not; however, if it is true: you are NOT RESPONSIBLE for anyone else's actions. This person was definetely lacking in the area of social responsibility, and obviously totally self-centered.

Suicide is a completely selfish act. Entered and completed by a person who cannot see beyond themselves, and perhaps refuse to believe that any thing they do could have an impact on anyone else.

It is too bad that he could not see that his behavior could be modified to exist in harmony w/his neighbors. I feel bad that you are allowing him to affect you in this manner, because, if you let him make you feel guilty for 'causing' him to do what he did, he still is controlling you.

Let him go, and live your own life. If you would like to converse further on this topic, e-mail me @ rudystahrman@kpunet.net. I'll be more than happy to help.

All things come to an end

Good story, well written, nice twist at the end. Yes, sex and sexual activity can have consequences. Good to feel the emotion to remember we are human, not fuck toys. I could have used some more interaction between the apartment complex.

When a similar thing happened at my apartment complex back during college, the opposite result obtained. We all got turned on by each other every night that summer. It faded naturally enough as school resumed in the fall

not responsible

If losing a flavor of the month drove him to suicide, he was seriously ill before and anything or nothing could have precipitated it. You (assuming it's true) have no responsibility at all.

no one said they felt responsible

but it is still sad to remember someone died, even if he was already disturbed mentally and probably would have done it anyway.

sometimes when i hear a screach of braking tires, i remember a kid hit & killed by a car near my house - not mine, not my fault, it just happened nearby. but one still remembers, and wishes it hadn't happened to the kid.

it is a bit poignant when a sad/bad memory of a death even if not your fault gets attached to something as lovely a crys of sexual bliss.
