So different, it's delicious. I like his "gentleman" against her " midwestern girl". She doesn't have all the qualities of an elegant woman and that makes the story that much more intriguing. Why her, what did he see in her? Why didn't he choose someone more at home in his culture, if you will. And yet, that's exactly it, she's so perfectly herself and at home in her life, her self. Their differences make the attraction. And of course, not simply their differences in socioeconomic status, no. Will there be a continuation?
And I have no idea about the religious thing. I figured it's just random interwebs stuff.
