.....but I loathe that our heroine was really a gullible young woman. I HATE victimization in stories like this. The trickery was too thinly veiled to fool most rational people.
SON OF A—
I have to admit, I expected this to go on longer. You caught me off-guard. I kind of liked the sort of implication that Burke did legitimately feel something like guilt towards the end.
It would be interesting to see this operation have to deal with a bigger challenge—a stronger target, or a target with an unexpected friend.
You made the victim far to gullible, to trusting and to stupid.
So the victim was Maggie, and Burke made all that up so Maggie would go under? Or was it that he had told the truth but Frank was never apart of it? I was confused when Burke had felt a little guilt, and that was when I realized he was the culprit.
build trust so you can take advantage. good story , as most of yours are. 5 star.
Your stories are great, but it feels like they end before I can orgasm. The conditioning process is interesting and I like how beautifully you portray it, but it would be interesting to see what happens next as well.
There needs to be a Netflix anthology series made from your stories. They're ridiculously great.
