I have to go with B once more on this one, the supply drop sound too good to be something of real value to the siblings.

I also have to take my hat off to you and the way you span the choice of the audience and the story progression into a unified whole that brought the siblings closer than ever yet opened a whole new world of possibilities for the story down the line. God I just can't get enough of it!

I’d opt for choice B, I think it gives an oportunity to let the sibblings discuss their feelings and compare their situation with their predecesors.

I’m betting (A) is like, condoms or lube (maybe more food?) vs all the potential danger. I just don’t see either wanting to argue over going, as they just made up for the first time in a while.

In it they find a message from their parents saying that they approve of their relationship and couldn't be prouder of them. along with either condoms or birth control.

They have to do A. They have basically nothing, so anything useful would be far better than nothing. They are going to need to start hunting or foraging for food in a very real way fairly soon. Perhaps it with be something to fish with, or seeds for vegetables. Perhaps the contents would provide a clue as to how much longer they will remain on the island. As seeds would suggest a while.

Then again, it may be a sea chest full of Hollywood props and costumes and some basic film making equipment. Three hour tour....

Plus their captors/observers seem interested in their continued progress in their experiment so any concern of them harming them would be for more of a later date.

Although I am more curious to hear what potential information the diary holds. It would seem a wealth of information could be gleaned from it, and the experiences of their predecessors.

Good job by the way. Well written, with nice character development. I am looking forward to reading more.
