Disclaimer: I am not very experienced in the world of BDSM, I am trying to learn.

Two things bothered me in this. There were many moments in which she was hesitant, reluctant. From the start, she didn't say she trusted you, she said "yes I guess". In this instance she was far away from anyone who could help (and you had brought her there without her consent), alone with an older and (I'm assuming) stronger man. She may have felt like she did not have a choice. While you did say that she could say stop at any time, this wasn't discussed, she didn't know what she was getting into and you were very forceful when turning her into a slave. There were many instances where she didn't seem to have much choice and she hadn't agreed to that.

My second issue is that animals can't give consent.
