where is the non-consensual or reluctance part and if they are married why does he go to her house?

If they were married, how come he went to her house in the first part of the story?

If he had a plan, why did he wonder about it later as if he had no plan and had to get her fantasy to make a plan? These really detracted from the story which could have been pretty good otherwise.

they got married after a few years but he has to drive to her house and knock? lol hmm
