Great start and very well written; which is a nice change of pace for this website (or at least this section). I'm looking forward to more.

I love the humor and tension in this first part. I think this would be tough to maintain through a whole series. Little disappointed that Denny, as a young but savvy narrator, fell for the gaslighting but, well, the plot has to be advanced somehow.

If you are just starting to read this, QUIT NOW! After you slog through 5 chapters the author just quits. Been 7 years now.
