I agree so they hear the spanking and crying but not the moans or fucking. And being that its an place of business they'd probably would've called security for him beating her. It wasn't a bad story but I do agree with that one anon. The plot holes were massive so they distracted me.

Thia didn't seem like an actual Father/Daughter relationship (despite it being in the incet category) but more of a DD/lg relationship. That would explain why nobody really reacted.
