The idea here isn't bad, but the level of writing holds it back. Sentence structure is repetitive and run-on, with frequent confusing clauses.
Also, the word "diameter" is terribly misused. John is described as having a penis that's eight inches long and seven inches in diameter. Now, diameter is the measurement across a circle. A man might very well have a penis that is eight inches long, but if his penis is also seven inches in diameter it's about the size and shape of a coffee can! I believe the proper term to use is "circumference" which is the measurement around a circle.
