Technically your writing is sound but you need to find a way to engage your readers emotionally. None of these people engage us so we don't care what happens to them.

Don't you mean RIPPED his life apart? His dying mother had to spend her last days knowing that the young whore slut was sleeping with her husband (women know!) and taking her place. And Bryan, the wimp that he is just sat back and watched!

Immediately after his mother dies he has to witness his father having sex with her then only four months later they get married. Which degrades the memory of his mother. And Bryan, the wimp that he is just sat back and watched!

After the accident, before his father is even out of the hospital she takes Bryan out on the town and starts her slut ways with every man in the club and finally picks one and he has to witness the sex! And Bryan, the wimp that he is just sat back and watched!

Then she has a colleague as a boarder and sluts around with him! With him and his father having to witness the whole thing! And Bryan, the wimp that he is just sat back and watched!

After his father dies he lets his fathers enemy take over not just the family ranch but also his father second wife! She WILLINGLY lets it happen and both him and son have their way with her! And Bryan, the wimp that he is just sat back and watched!

I agree with an earlier commenter! This had the potential to be a great story, but we did not get a chance to really to know the characters and get engaged with them!

This is a bad story and she wasn't an alpha-girl, she was a whore!!!! I also think she fucked her way up in the bank. The story doesn't say what happened to his 50% of teh house and ranch...About him...he wasn't a gamma, he was stupid for never have fucked her. He was the one to have things to blackmail her...

The end did not conclude the story. The reader is left hanging with a quick 'they all lived happily ever after'. If Amanda married Dad she would inherit all his property. If she then married Matt he would then be entitled to a share. Bryan would lose out. He would have got his lawyer in straight away. I cannot believe he worked with his Dad and yet had no idea how to run the stables. He sounds hopeless, let's hope he is a better mechanic. However there is so much cheating and backstabbing that the story is very plausible.

This was a badly written thought out story. Makes no sense. Skipped through it, since I didn't have the patience to read it all. How does a guy like this get posted? Doesn't Lit have any kind of standards anymore?

im giving it 5 stars, too, to get even, too. i like this, there is too much goody goody two shoes stories on here. this got a lot of comments. if it was bad there would be no comments. the story is tnteresting. it gets 5 stars, and if you dont like it, whay are you going to do about it.

The thing is, he says Amanda influenced his life. Well, she certainly trashed it. But once he got away from the whore, what are we to believe he learned from it all? Probably nothing. Obviously he's a voyeur. Does that mean if his wife deigns to cheat, that he will just sit back and watch? Most likely.
