Kirsty is communicating with Bjorn but I honestly think the communication opportunity was missed with Sven, partly because of Bjorn needing her, but also because of both Kirsty and Sven's misread body language or movements. I get the entire Dom/Sub relationship and enjoy most things ,even pain, when done right. But to have ones throat raped so violently is a deal breaker. I will also add that I would agree with you had it been Sven or perhaps even Mikael, but what these two share transcends the basic bonds of safe/sane/consensual.
