It's a good story but the word vagina brings to mind Pap tests and similar clinical or academic subjects. It's certainly not a wrong word in the sense that the reader knows what you're talking about but it is, for me at least, a little dissonant in the middle of a hot scene in an erotic story. Even a smart metonym would be an improvement.
