Just Don't Think About It Too Much

As a stroke story this was quite good.

For personal reasons I felt it was very sad. Believe me, you don't have to have much in the way of moral scruples before you realise that 'Everythings's OK as long as my spouse doesn't find out' is a pretty unsatisfying interpretation of what marriage is. So, in my case, every time I see the photos I am reminded that I was just not the spouse I wanted to be or my partner deserved...and there's no way back from it-ever. 'Just get over it!' doesn't work for someone who's been in a serious accident that they caused themselves.

I loved it. That was a fantastic piece. The conflicting emotion of moral vs. pleasure and the art of seduction, how it made sense that the bell tower was such a great place, and the buildup too. Thanks!
