Regarding use of the word bisexual, the first draft did use that word. But Beth and Gretchen are turned on by the male gangbang first and their play together is secondary to that. They seek more men in more gangbangs but do not go looking for more women. So the word "flexible" was used instead. You are not wrong, just my thinking as author. That could change.
