I could wish for this type of program for myself in a few years. I would have reservations about its' implementation, however. Having such a emphasis on numbers, with a private contractor there would be huge temptation to cut costs. The first place to cut costs would be lab tests for STD's as that would be a huge expense. I wish it could be done safely, because when I'm 80 I'd like to think a 20something would come around once in a while and help me feel not quite so alone for a little while. This was not only very sexy but in a way a very compassionate story.
