He smiled, yawned, turned on his side, and was out like a light. Kara and I looked at each other, smiled, and kissed.
Getting the kitchen cleaned took some time, but we took our time. There was giggling, groping, and other random mischief.
Oh, and deciding who was going to take Sam out for her last constitutional wasn't pleasant. But I dressed warmly and it was over fairly quickly. She didn't seem thrilled to be trudging through the snow either.
Kara snickered as I wrestled out of my outdoor things.
"Not very nice, blondie. I lost the dog walking bet, and you promised you'd make it up to me, big time, in bed. If, and it's not too far out of line to say, if either of us has the energy for nooky."
She laughed, took my hand, and dragged me upstairs. And lo and behold, there was plenty of energy to go around. Numerous times. Hee hee.

Anonymousover 7 years agoAnother terrific chapter to this saga. Your writing is absolutely some of the best I've seen here. It brings out so many different emotions. Your combination of dialogue and thoughts have me laughing while I'm reading. "Kitty looking for her goggles", absolutely hysterical. When I first saw Book 03, chapter 01 posted, I went to your page and found the rest of the story. So I started at the beginning and I am glad I did. I've read everything on your page, and just waiting for the next part. Keep up the great writing.

jenorma2012over 7 years agothis was an alright story, except for page 2 when her kids came in and saw them like that, since the kids age was not put into I can only guess they are grown up at least 2 of them but still they should not have been put in there, no child should see that with their mother, aside from that it was ok
