Often, it's just something tossed in somewhere in the final few paragraphs. Occasionally, it's more in the spotlight, and takes up more of the story. The reason I'm surprised is because in what has to be close to 100% of the cases of people actually committing Incest, with a capitol I, a pregnancy is the LAST thing they'd want to occur. For real, live scenarios where a father and daughter, brother and sister, mother and son, etc, have sexual intercourse with one another, having to explain a pregnancy would be a nightmare.
