This is just entirely unrealistic. First, three gallons of water would weigh approximately twenty-four pounds, that would be like like having three large babies in your bowel. The water doesn't go into your stomach it remains in your bowel and furthermore your bowel would burst long before three gallons made it's way in. Should have tagged this as fantasy because it's not just far fetched but totally unbelievable!!

Enemas are not that bad. Certainly nothing to fear.
