But the writing is excellent, so I've stayed tuned to the storyline, and I'm seeing some really fascinating characters develop, specifically Ethan/Alice and Kenny. The other commentor is correct that these types of orgasms 'usually' need some chemical or surgical 'help'. But I'll try to suspend my disbelief for this, maybe Ethan had a brain injury years ago or something. I have to disagree with two of the comments here, they seem to act all knowing, but I can state for a fact, being a sissy, getting fucked and orgasming without a sissies clit being stimulated is entirely possibly.
