Talk about hostile work environment. So this person was directly using sexual advances to try and get his attention. When he continued to keep his private and work life separate, she set about causing him personal humiliation? The cage is a toy. Remove it with a pair of pliers or a screwdriver. Easy peasy. But lacking that he simply had Tina arrested and fired. Some of the other women testified against her to save their jobs and avoid jail time as accomplices. Some were fired. He won a multimillion dollar lawsuit from the Company and his Civil lawsuit against Tina forced her to declare bankruptcy. Things like sexual assault, battery and false imprisonment came up in the trial. She was lucky to only spend a year in jail. This was SO bad I'm still laughing.

Whilst understanding its fiction, this is no way close to being believable, either a locksmith or bolt cutters from a hardware store would have dealt with the delice and that would have been just after a visit to a lawyer.
