Hey please update soon, thought you will give us some hot stuff to read in "Christmas in Zonei" this Christmas, but it's past Christmas. Please update soon can't wait to know what happens further.

When I originally started posting this, I planned to finish by Christmas, but the story is longer and taking longer than I thought. I posted again today, but it probably won't be available on Lit for 3 or 4 more days. I'll finish up as quickly as I can. It'll be embarrassing to be writing a Christmas story in January, but it can't be helped. I refuse to rush the ending.

The 12 Days of Christmas *start* on Christmas Day, so Christmas is still going strong - as is this story, which I love. I had basically given up hope for good shifter stories and good dystopias, and then I found Zonei and it happens to do both beautifully. Excellent world-building, but without any awkward info-dumps, a slow-burn romance instead of insta-love... Thank you so much for sharing this, and I will be checking out your other stories ASAP.
