This series is well written but chapter one stands out; it totally pulled me into the story. I wanted to comment on it specifically because it was so very effective. There was tension, intrigue and I couldn't wait to discover what happened next. So many possibilities (as you mentioned)! For fun, I'd like to see you try another plot direction. You weave an engaging story.
