Also. This is meant kindly but please get an editor. You use several words incorrectly and it's jarring. Imperious means snooty, but where you have it I think you mean imperative. And laconically means something like lazy or without care and unless Thompson is some kind of friend and not servant I doubt the driver spoke that way.

Yeah, I read three chapters, but I have to tap out. Your word usage is actually contradicting the point you are trying to make several times in this chapter. If you are ESL, then I will say you write better in English than I could in any other language. But it's just too distracting for me to really enjoy the story.

Also it sounds like chastity is about to come into play and that's a major turnoff for me. So I'm out.

Take it from an old English major, your writing is technically excellent, and also from someone who reads probably too much erotica, also very hot! I'm looking forward to reading the rest.
